Diban Habib earned a BA in Law at Faculdade Católica de Santos (Santos Catholic University). He specializes in Civil and Execution Procedures by Unisantos, and Bankruptcy Law by FMU. He also holds an MBA in Business Law by Fundação Getúlio Vargas, etc.
He has worked as a business lawyer for over 15 years in Banco do Brasil and its various financial institutions. Moreover, he is an attorney-in-fact appointed by the Brazilian Central Bank. He special-izes in tax recovery, and business restructuring.
