File administrative defense with environmental agencies;

Acting in federal, state, and municipal bodies in defense of work embargo and imposition of fines, as well as request of different authorizations;

Conduct Adjustment Agreement (TAC);

Monitoring environmental agency expert inspections;

Defenses in class actions (civil class action, popular action, and any other disputes involving environmental and urban law).
